Very UNPROFESSIONAL. They deserve NO rating! Not only unprofessional, but unacceptable behavior by any man who gets in my daughter's face as did the owner/manager of this so-called upscale store. If a customer is not happy, it's your job to make them happy, not belittle them or argue with them. I am completely disgusted at how my daughter was treated and will never recommend this retailer. Fantastic Customer Service!. The Jewelry by Morgan team went above and beyond for me today. Bought a watch as a gift last night and found it online for $50 less. Brought it back today and they refunded me the $50! I was expecting to return it and re-purchase online, but now I get to keep my in-store warranty. More than pleased with their service! Started out great, ended poorly. I ordered a men's wedding band and had a diamond replaced with a black diamond. The result was what I had hoped for that was until I needed it re-sized. I was told the manufacturer would cover lifetime replacements but when I went to get a replacement I was told they no longer make that style and I would have to choose a different ring. The issue wasn't that, but was the fact the jeweler was arrogant and clearly not wanting to help me find a resolution.

When I asked them to take it back they said no and said the manufacture would not take it back because it was clearly worn. I hadn't worn it one time since I am not even married yet!

Don't do business with a jeweler that doesn't stand behind their customers or call you back when they are supposed to.…
