No problems with Neil's

We bought a 2002 dodge for my daughter back in November of 2006, while it was still under warranty, we had a malfunction with the car. I called Neil's and they promptly fixed it. We are down to 1 more payment on her car and then intend to buy another one there for myself.

You Have Got to Be Kidding Me!

I am a mother of 2 and I work for hospice so I need my car to support my family. My credit is not even close to perfect and I had been turned a thousand times.... So off to a buy her pay here deal.... Lets make a long story short.. the 90 day or 2000 mile warrenty is over nd now i am stuck with a blazer that I have only had for 1 month. and almost 600 dollars in parts and labor that I have had to pay for. I wouldn't recomend this place to someone I hated.....

I was going to send my son to Neil's Finance because he is in desperate need of a vehicle. After I read the reviews everyone as written, I would Never send him to a place like that! What a joke.

Watch The News :(

Recently I was watching the news one evening, and I saw Fox 4 Problem Solvers investigating another shady business. Guess who it was! Yep Neils! It seems they refused a young single mother who was a full time student. Neils refused her warranty two days after she bought a late 90's dodge neon that quickly became immobilized. I believe the warranty was for 90 days and any serious problems they will fix free of charge or exchange the vehicle. Well the sad story is her life has been greatly impacted with balancing school, work, and her child. I'm greatly disappointed in Neils service. Just remember your rep what you sol. Also you don't have to take my word e-mail Kansas City's Fox News Station and I'm sure they will tell you or search youtube for the "Fox 4 Problem Solvers Video". Also please write reviews to keep others out of harms way, and remember you rep what you sol. So small businesses take care of your customers or we'll just keep going to WALMART (LOL) Also be weary of Apple Electronics Extended Warranty. Thanks Take Care and God Bless!
