Can't trust delivery. I don't like most pizza chains, but for a Pizza Hut, the Broadway location does a great job. However, I never know, until after I have ordered whether the estimated delivery time is accurate, or whether they will deliver at all on that particular day. It is very frustrating to think you can order pizza, order through phone or online and then find out they're not delivering for hours or at all. The usual excuse "Driver's didn't show up." It's hard to believe that in this economy, in the city, it could be so difficult to get drivers. Either they're underpaying their drivers or the manager can't hire OR fire...Hey, guys, what are you going to do when all your customers choose another Pizza delivery?…
