A Great Yoga Studio

New Day not only offers lots of great yoga, it is a friendly environment that pays attention to making green choices when it comes to lighting, heating, etc. in the studio. There is also an emphasis on educating the community of students about both the physical practice of yoga and the philosophy of kindness behind it.

Vlad, the owner, is one of the most sincere and devoted yogis I have ever met. I taught at the studio briefly when I lived in Kansas, and I have never forgotten how much he helped me in my practice and in my life.

Great Studio. Loved the space. Highly recomend it.

It is wonderful to have such a great yoga studio in our part of town. The teachers are great and I love their massage therapy place too.
