Horrible experience

I had a noon appointment on a Monday - how busy could this place be? Not very. I waited for 45 minutes & I was the only person waiting. There were 2 receptionists who never once followed up wtih me. Overall, it was a complete waste of my time & I will NEVER go back there again, & I urge everyone who reads this not to go there. This salon had NO customer service.

Bad Hair Color & Bad Service

I should have known by looking at the stylists' bad hair color and styles and the clientele exiting that this place wouldn't be any good. There were actually several stylists walking around with orange hair. Seriously?? Orange hair people? I got a color done and the stylist didn't even listen to what I wanted. The color did not look remotely like what I had said I wanted. Also, the stylist said she would leave the color on for a little while, disappeared for 30 minutes and never asked if I wanted a magazine while I was waiting. She just left me there to stare in space. I've never been to a stylist who didn't offer you a magazine while you waited. Also, I told this lady I lost my job and she didn't say a thing. Nothing. Pretty rude.

I can tell you which stylist NOT to use...

I went as part of a wedding party and Christopher Nash was my stylist. I asked him to dry it out straight and with lots of volume. Once he was done, it just looked look my regular ol' hairstyle. All the other girls, including the bride, thought I hadn't gotten it done yet. I realized that this was clearly unacceptable and nicely asked Chris to add just a few curls if he had time. He was completely rude, saying he had no time and wasn't going to correct it since he did what I told him I wanted.

He was unnecessarily rude. One of the other stylists was nice enough to offer to help me. Thank God! I think the other stylists are probably great, but this one was awful.

• Cons: one very bad stylist

Great Service

I had a great experience in this salon. As I was early for my appointment, I was offered a drink while I waited, and got another drink while I was getting my hair done. My stylist, Christopher, was very experienced and managed to repair a bad haircut I got a week earlier. I even got a bag of free hair product samples, some chocolate, and coupons for discounts on my next visit! I am definitely going back!

Overall the best part about bliss is that their spa staff is very experienced and are not new to the massage field like so many other spas. I felt really comfortable, staff seems to be down to earth and most importantly I recieved a theraputic massage and great facial.

Best cut I have had

I am a 21 year old guy. My mom paid for my haircut and sent me to her salon, which I though was kinda gay. But, I had Aleah cut my hair and she was so good that I went home and got some money to come back and tip her. It was the best cut I have ever had. So now I go to her regularly. And she has a great personality too. Made getting my hair cut more fun.

LOVED IT

This place can get busy but the staff was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. The spa side has MANY services to offer and I have only been a few times but each person I have had seems very well informed on what I should use for my skin and so on. Great location and overall a salon I know I can count on when I need a good service done.

Loved THe SPA SIDE!!!!! GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT TOUCH!!! Some of those girls are tough to get into so you have to book ahead! Just means they are REALLY GOOD
