If you don't want to put the time and effort into digging through everything at an antique store to try to find something good, then this is the place for you. They only have high quality vintage items, but yes you will have to spend a little bit more money for them.

Simply the best put together retail/antiques/furniture store out there! The constant influx of beautiful merchandise creatively displayed is overwhelming. To go once a week is not enough. Deb and staff puts most visual merchandising teams to shame with there amazing ideas, re-purposing, dynamite mix and selection. Since moving away from Kansas in October, I am sad to say that I have to get my fix on-line. This is a one of a kind, must see shop that will take your breath away- don't miss it!!

I love this store! I find something unique everytime i stop inside! The bath and body lines aren't really found anywhere else in town and the candle selection is fantastic. The antique items are always well priced and in great condition! The girls are great that work there, too. They are always going the extra mile to help me when i'm in, whether it's helping me load my car up or showing me the newest items in the store. Definitely stop in if you are coming to the Kansas City area!
Curious Sofa gets FIVE STARS. This Prairie Village shop is inspired from top to bottom! You won't find anything else like it in the Midwest.

For shoppers who seek something extra-ordinary and fun, Curious Sofa has it. I'm a frequent shopper and pick up items both for my own home and as gifts for others. Truly unique. You'll be awed by the merchandise thru out the shop. And you don't need to spend a bundle to pick up a favorite item! Curious Sofa makes you remember that there are options outside of the big box stores that seem to only offer "vanilla" products. This wonderful store excels at offering a bit of new, a bit of old and a heavy dose of retail inspiration. I love it and you will too. Curious Sofa is a MUST STOP as you check out the Prairie Village shops, and most certainly worth the drive if you're cross town. You'll be back again and again.
