We have been going to J Alexander's for every occasion we have. We do Birthdays, Anniversarys, or no reason. The service is great. Your server can tell you about anything on the menu. We have had wonderfull service without fail. The salad is the best, and there are no giant pieces of lettuce to deal with. I think the Steak Maui is the best steak I have ever had. I do wish they would bring back the pineapple on top. My husband gets the large cut of Prime Rib. It comes to the table cooked just right . If you don't have room for dessert, take one home. The Carrot Cake so good we take home two, that way there is no fighting over one piece. I really can not think of one bad thing about J Alexander's Restaurant. I think that there is something on the menu for everyone.

The Steak Maui is the best steak I have ever eaten. It has a unique and different flavor that I have never experienced before with a steak. Whenever I am in the mood for a good steak, I make it the Steak Maui with smashed potatoes at J Alexander's.

Everything from the monent that you walk in, you know that the food is going to be wonderful. Whether you are having one of the specials for the night or something off the menu, it is the best of the best.
