this place was great to deal with, from the sales department all the way to service. My experience was great and I would come back and recommend them to others.

They actually get it!!. I bought a Cross Country Tour from these fine people and they were a pleasure to deal with! They've gone above and beyond what I expected. They actually get it! That is a rarity these days. I have never had customer service like what they provided to me. 100 stars would be too low! I'll be a customer as long as they will have me. This bike is a real attention getter!!

what a bunch of a--holes.. This place can't go out of business soon enough.1 star is too many for these jerks, and if I could give negative 5 I would. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is, everyone behind the counter looks at you like "what do you want!" when I asked them for help, they looked at me like "what the hell do you want!!"

I had a problem with a trailer I purchased there the previous day, and when I told the owner, Ron Berlin, I'ld be coming in to see about working something out on it, which he said the previous day he would, he high tailed if out of there like a scared goat so he wouldn' have to meet with me. When I arrived at the store, his lackey behind the counter, Brad, said the owner was gone to lunch. When I told Brad what I was there for, he said when the owner was gone, he makes all the decisions, and that he decided he wasn't going to exchange the trailer I had purchased the previous day. When I said I wanted to talk it over with the owner and would wait until he got back, "Brad the lackey" said "what are you being such an A--HOLE for!!" I wasn't in this place starting trouble or anything like that. I was just trying to solve a problem, and still make worth their while.

But because I wanted to talk to the owner, I get called and "a--hole". Man, that's what I call great customer service. It ends up, I found out later, that the trailer they sold me is junk, and they can't get rid of them, and they didn't wat to exchange it.

Like I said earlier, these jerks can't go out of business soon enough, and I hope it's not long before they do.

DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!!

Very Helpful. Over the phone and in person, this place was very helpful when I purchased my new trailer. I definitely recommend looking into Austin Trailers before going somewhere else.

Buyer BEWARE. Buyer BEWARE don’t buy anything from Austin Trailers & Motorcycles!!! I bought a New Trailer and a used ATV from Ron Berlin on 30 April 2011. I was on R&R leave from Iraq and wanted to spend time with my kids riding the ATV before I returned to Iraq on 5 May 2011. Ron was very nice to deal with and very helpful. He explained that he did not have the title to the ATV at this store because it was bought at his other store in Missouri but he would sign it and mail it and the owner’s manual to my house. I spent a few hours with the kids on the ATV had a lot of fun and the ATV ran great. I returned from Iraq in December 2011 and was very busy with the activities surrounding redeployments and did not open the envelope containing the title. In February I opened the envelope containing the ATV paperwork only to discover a lien on the title and no lien release. I called Austin Trailers & Motorcycles and spoke to brad, he told me he needed to make some calls and would get back to me. After two days of working this issue I called him and he said he had the lien release and I could come get it. When I picked up the lien release paperwork it was dated July 2011, 3 months after I had bought the ATV and returned to Iraq. I didn’t complain I took the release home with me placed it with the ATV title and continued to prepare for my upcoming overseas move. In March I again took off work and went to the court house to register the ATV have the title changed to my name. After completing all the paperwork with the court house they informed me that the lien release I have is from a different company listed on the title and they won’t accept it. Now I am frustrated and I return to Austin Trailers & Motorcycles where I speak to Brad who tells me this is not uncommon. I explained that there is no way business is done like this, I paid for a new trailer and a used ATV in cash, almost a year ago and I cannot register it in my name. That was on 15 March 2012 and today I spoke with Ron Berlin the owner who said he had not heard anything from the finance company yet. That we are at their mercy sometimes and then tried to defend his sells practices. He would not take any ownership about the issue and offered no apologies. He did offer to buy the ATV back for about half price. He then told me I could call the finance company myself if I wanted to. I hung up the phone with him and I am not sure what will happen next.

Couldn't Be Happier. I am so happy with Austin Trailers. They were the best dealership out of all 6 I went to. Everything about my time and buying experience was great.

knows their Victory's. The staff here is very friendly and they dont do the high pressure sales thing. They also know a great deal about the Victory product line.
