A Good KC BBQ. Quick's remains consistent. A good KC BBq joint at fair prices. Good quality meat. Just doesn't quite have the "aura" and "legend" of AB's or Gates but still, I'd nominate them for #3 in KC along with Zarda. Beef Brisket's good usually, sometimes a bit dry. Ribs are always good. Never had burned ones yet. Sides are always good too. For BBQ loving visitors doing the KC BBQ tour of the city, this is one you don't wanna miss.…
