NOT a good Place.. The STAFF At the front Desk was VERY unprofessional?? I won't EVER go back I will never recommend it to anyone.... NOT GOOD Not a good experience for me>

I've spent time at spas of various levels throughout the country and have a certain expectation of how a spa should feel. In order to evaluate a location, I purchase the same type of service on my first visit - a body polish and a manicure. My technician was not very thorough in applying the salt and even the smallest spas give you a shower room in or near the treatment room to rinse off. Instead the salt was simply brushed from my body, leaving me feeling "crusty" afterward. My manicurist didn't even show up, they didn't have any one to fill in and there wasn't any offer to make things right. I was pretty disappointed with my experience.

Pros: central location

Cons: lack of Cust Serv, poor parking

This is a good company and an incredible spa. It is the cleanest, most pleasant, and most customer friendly spa in KC. I know, I've been a proud client since the first year they opened. They have made the spa experience pleasurable and lowered prices making it affordable for everyone. That is why Kansas City voted them best spa. It is a beautiful facility with wonderful employees and every year they get better and better.

Pros: Gorgeous Facility, Clean, Reasonably Priced

These way to flattering reviews would have to be posted by the employees, because every aspect of my friend and I's experience was deplorable. For one thing, the gift certificate I bought for my friend was cancelled in less than 3 weeks. So I ended up paying twice for her services. The massage was a $49 massage. Trust me when I say you get what you pay for. The staff seemed to lack any sort of leadership and had no soloutions for our issues or the other two customers in the spa. wow...hands down? thumbs down!

My daughter and I have been visiting the sights of Kansas City and thanks to Citysearch, we were able to pick some great spots. Bodywerks was one of our favorites. Just wanted to let people know what a wonderful place this is. Great manis and pedis. Very relaxing facial and probably the best massage I've ever had in my life.

Pros: Pampering, Relaxing, Very Low Pricing

I often travel to KC on business and BodyWerks is the place to go for a comfortable, relaxing massage. The staff is friendly and very client-focused. Everything is done to make you feel comfortable. It is a spa that is 'guy-friendly' while still being classy. The massage was excellent and the pedicure was outstanding (Angela rocks!).

I needed to get away without going somewhere and Bodywerks provided me with impeccable service, treatments in a beautiful environment that was well within my budget. Everyone needs this.

I'm a longtime client of BodyWerks and they are still the best Spa in town, hands down. I've been to many others and even though I live in Kansas, because of their central, fun, convenient location and fair prices it is silly to go to the Spa that is around the corner from my house. I know I'll be treated like a princess and the services will be performed to my satisfaction and they guarantee it. No one else in town does this. The staff is always wonderful and helpful. This is a really good place to take your husband, friend, parent, whoever.

Pros: Caring Staff, Variety of Services, Low Prices
