Rudeness is Condoned Here--Don't Use Jodie

I took my teenage daughter to Jodie for an updo for her prom. Jodie did a nice job on her hair but my daughter burst into tears in the car as a result of the rude comments she made to my daughter about her hair color. Jodie certainly has a right to her opinion, and she's obviously in the hair business, but rudeness is never acceptable. When I called and talked to the manager, Stephanie, my concerns fell on deaf ears.
