Tacky business practice. Tacky that your business rates tobacco/cigar stores with the intent of advertising your own business. If you don't want to spend the money on proper advertising, don't rate another business poorly to promote your own. The only reason I rated you one star is that it wouldn't allow me to publish this without doing so.
