We needed a bigger place to rent since we were expanding our family. It was difficult to find a large sized home in our price range. After going to every company in Wichita, we couldn’t find anything and were very disappointed. Our last stop was Premier Property Management and I must admit, it should have been our first. They had exactly what we needed and we were moving in that weekend.

I have lived here for a year and am getting ready to sign my second lease. I have had a few occasions where I have had to call maintenance, and each time they have fixed the problem promptly. I haven't had any problems with noisy neighbors, bugs, or parking. In my experience, PPM does a great job. I understand that people who have a bitter taste in their mouth are the most likely to write reviews, but I wanted to share my experiences too. I like living here. :)

Premier Property Management has been wonderful to work with. Outside of an apartment complex, this is my first experience with a home rental management company. The application process was very easy with no hidden “fine print”. My property manager has been wonderful to work with, has responded quickly to any maintenance issues I’ve had and truly cares about his renters. I especially like the fact that my rent automatically comes out of my bank account each month. I don’t have to worry about getting a money order and putting it in a drop box somewhere. At this point, my experience has been very positive…keep up the good work!

Premier has been great to work with. I recently moved my family from another state and the leasing agent was willing to meet with us on a Sunday night when we arrived in town to get all the paperwork signed. Her willingness to work with our schedule was appreciated. The maintenance team has also been extremely helpful. All our requests have been taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend them.

We enjoyed our time in our PPM managed home. I know PPM managed many properties in the Wichita area and everytime I went into the office both Jason and Glenda were always so sweet and remembered me. Whenever we had a problem (dishwasher issues, air conditioner leak, etc) you really made us feel we were a priority no matter how small the issue....that is AWESOME customer service! We always recieved great service from the maintenece team, even if it just turned out to be a user error (dishwasher wasn't drying dishes....apparently that is what jet dry liquid is for...oops!)

Thank you again for all your help in our 2 1/2 years in our home! We enjoyed our stay and hope the new tenants are enjoying their time there as much as we did!
