Tips for Premier Property Management

I have lived in my home on Cornelison Street, managed by Premier Property Management, since July 2006. The management has always taken care of my repairs right away when I call. It’s a very quiet area and is kept very clean and yard is always maintained. I hope not to ever have to move but should I need to I would definitely try to rent again from Premier Property Management

They took care of our maintenance needs in a very timely manner which was greatly appreciated. We are so happy we are finally working with a company that is professional and cares for our properties and is in good communication with us. I recommend them, they are great!

We have appreciated the roominess and quietness of the duplex and the speedy and professional attention to maintenance issues. Having regular lawn service was an added bonus.

We would highly recommend this property to any prospective tenant.

The property itself has been perfect for our needs. The house was clean from the outset. All the major equipment (boiler, oven, fridge/freezer, etc) has served us well throughout the duration of the tenancy. The bath/shower room was as good as could be expected from a small property, and again was always reliable. We never quite figured out how to put the boiler on 'timer' function, but I feel this was probably more our fault than the appliances!

I have lived in a PPM home for 3 years and have had nothing but good experiences with the maintenance and office staff. I have had very few issues, but when I told the office about them they were taken care of very quickly. They are always willing to help me with a smile and go the extra step to handle my concerns. I don't plan on moving any time soon!! Thank you PPM staff! Keep up the good work

I would like to say that I was happy with how smooth the move in process was. It was nice to be able to take care of most everything by fax and email which made our move back to Wichita a lot easier.

I have had a good experience renting through PPM. Last year there was a major electrical issue at our apartment complex in the middle of the night. Power was surging in each apartment and had everybody pretty worried. The on-call guy came out and in the middle of the night middle of the night managed to get an electrician out and get power repaired and running for all of us. They were here from about 1am to about 5am when everything was settled down. I have hd some other small repairs at my place, but I was impressed with the on call maintenance guy that night.

I am so pleased with the house! The neighborhood is nice and quiet too. This has been a real blessing for us!

We had a good $500 worth of unexpected expenses upon move in. We had our refrigerator in storage for almost 3 years after moving here from AZ. The water valve and filter area - cracked. Had to get a different piece for our dryer to work, our desk was completely destroyed in the move. (but I am now able to use my refrigerator I LOVE after living almost three years in a tiny apartment with a tiny refrigerator) The little things mean so much!

I have twin girls who are turning 12 next month. They each had their own rooms in AZ with full bedroom sets. All of their furniture fits in the basement bedroom. Their desks/hutches fit in the nitch area outside their bedrooms. It is just awesome for them! We can BREATHE in this house! We aren't getting in each others way. Very, very excited to be there!

This company is AWFUL to deal with. Their customer service is not existent. You are never able to talk to anyone directly. You are only able to leave a message which will never be returned. This company should be ashamed of their service. I have a hard time believing that all of the below comments are real.
