Dave Grooms and staff are the very best! I have owned Infiniti cars since 1996 and I love the car and this particular dealerships service department. It is outstanding and makes you feel like family!

Justin in the Parts Department was extremely friendly and helpful. He quickly and happily replaced the battery in my key fob. I was about to leave as a very happy customer when another smiling, friendly person walked up to me, shook my hand and exclaimed words to the effect of, â??Hi, Iâ??m Richard, how can I help you today?â?? He seemed so happy just to see me (with Kathy literally waving to me in the background and still smiling!), I said something like, â??Well, I guess now Iâ??m looking for a new car.â?? The astounding part of this whole story is that the happiness and friendly personalities never changed. Not for one single minute. I actually wondered more than once if I was on some version of â??Candid Cameraâ?? because literally everyone was so friendly â?? Genuinely Friendly!

Awesome dealer!. Dave Grooms is great to work with. I am always happy when he is the person who answers the phone because I know he will take care of anything that comes up. He communicates very well.

Outstanding!. Dave Grooms understood I was in “rush” mode and had everything lined up and ready when I arrived, as always. Dave is fantastic!!!! Truly a big reason why my husband and I both stay with Infiniti!!!!

Excellent customer service!. My sales consultant knew everything about every model I was interested in. He went out of his way many times to be respectful and I can tell he is one of the best if not “the” best at the dealership. I was lucky to get him.

Helpful staff!. The new General Manager was over the top polite and professional! I would come back simply due to him. Also, our salesman was perfect! I’ll choose Nancy next time when I buy the SUV next month.
