Al Gormley began informing me of incentives late in 2012. He understood the process for my company to make a decision and maintained a professional correspondence during the time leading up to the decision. He also knew that I could go to another dealer/vehicle and was considering doing so. He quietly continued to work with me until the decision was made, but always trying to ensure that the Infiniti proposal was within the parameters required for a deal to be accomplished.
