Memorial Service Flowers. I have used Kamps in the past and HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. Every business has things drop through a crack. I am sure that is what happened to the woman that wrote her flowers were droopy and too pricey. I ordered on line and spoke to Mr. Kamp directly. The 3 arrangements I ordered on line were outstanding. For years I have used them and will continue to do so. On a scale of 1 to 10, KAMPS GETS A 20

Awesome customer service. I called from Texas last year to order flowers for Mother's Day, and they were very friendly and helpful. My mom liked them a lot better than the flowers another lady in her office received from a more contemporary and popular florist in the area.

This year when I called again they still had my information including the address from last year's delivery, so the call was fast and efficient!

Kamp's Delivered Sad, Tiny, Unopened and Dead Roses to my Sweetie!. This V-Day (2008) I went to use my usual florist to deliver flowers to my wife. I had difficulty contacting them and, in the haste to get her flowers delivered that day, chose to use Kamps for the 1st time. I thought a family-owned, 48-year business must know what they are doing. HORRIBLE DECISION. The flowers - yes they did get delivered that day - were a dozen premium long-stemmed red roses at almost $90. The actual product was 12 tiny, non-opening and (within 72 hours) DEAD red roses, in a red vase that actually was so cheaply dyed it stained our counter-tops.

The product Kamps delivered was horrible. When I was arranging delivery, I told them "I'm nervous using you guys because I've always been happy with my other florist." They assured quality - they lied. Their 1st impression on me was a horrible one. I highly recommend NOT using these guys - I won't mention the vendor I've been happy with (because I don't want people to think I'm disparaging Kamps on some kind of "insider advertising" campaign). Suffice it to say, I'll never stray from this vendor again. At least I won't use Kamps. Horrible, pathetic and totally unacceptable product for a premium price. Caveat Emptor.
