I would not recomend them. Do Not use this company for your investment properties!They are terrible at marketing for you. The worst is they dont return phone calls so you never know what is going on with your property. I have tried to call them since dec and they have returned my phone calls once its now jan 27th. Our renter moved out and I have no idea what is going on with our property. They told me they were marketing it. So I asked how many showings we had and this was the response: "I said that we have been marketing the property. It is on our list when potential tenants call in about a property. This does not mean that they always want to see the property." Do you really want a property management that you pay for every month that wont let you know what is going on with your investment...Do not use them!
