aweful. This food and service is so bad I can't even rate it with an EH (one Star) Tom Hustler (Mr. Parkville) should not run any restaurants. Even the chairs in rivers bend are cheap. The Prime rib dry and over cooked, the black and blue burger was even over cooked. The cook was inexperienced, the wait staff slow and could careless about giving refills, the bartenders looked bored, the hostess or host was spending more time upstairs stacking the cheap chairs than seating people. even the frys were frozen. very big disappointment. I was forced to rate this place it get's one star but trust me it has no shine.
