Michelle's House Cleaning Service

Not worth the money even with a groupon. I've used a variety of cleaning companies over the years. I usually walk in the house and say, "Wow, the house is clean!!!" We walked in the house after Michelle's had been there and we weren't even sure if she had been there at all. There was dirt in every corner. I had been loading the dishwasher before leaving the house, the kitchen floor had been cleaned a bit but the area under the dishwasher door wasn't touched at all. The bathroom counters were wiped where there was nothing there, but if there was an item on the counter -- it was not washed. Most good cleaning services pick up things and clean under it. Dishes were left in the sink. The shower wasn't touched. Microwave wasn't touched.

I do not recommend this service at all.…

refused to honor groupon i had already paid for.. After calling 3 times I had to drive to the business address found on google to get her to call us back to schedule a groupon cleaning. Now she says she is not going to honor the groupon and get a restraining order on me! I didn't know it was your house lady! I'm not stalking you, I just want you to call me back! Extremely poor customer service. I realize she is busy due to groupon sales, however, after paying in advance, i would like the courtesy of a phone call if you are going to miss an appointment. Its simple, and fair. A restraining order? All I wanted was to get what I paid for! I'd like to see the judge laugh at you!…
