I had an excellent service from Roto-Rooter yesterday. I called, and the service was fast, friendly, and easy. And most importantly, the price was fair. I don't feel like my guy Ryan was trying to rip me off. He was knowledgeable about the problem, and it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone with a drain problem.

Roto Rooter Plumbers. The plumber service was excellent from the Kansas City Roto-Rooter folks. Tony showed up right on time. Very courteous, professional and effective. Fixed slow drains in no time flat.

He was also very professional, thorough and no messy clean up for us!!

Very plasent experence Thanks Once More. We had a toilet that the valve wasn't working and it quit working one morning and my husband who is 86 years young can't fix things like he use to be able too. So we called Roto-Rooter and they were there with in the hour and a nice young man by the name of Brandon came and fix it right a way he was very nice and explain everything to us. then he explain how I write a reveiw and maybe win my cost back. Thanks Brandon and Roto-Rooter for making bad thing end very well.

Great Service--Speedy and Friendly. We had a bath tub that wouldn't drain on a Sunday morning in a one bathroom house. We also had a full day of activities to work around. Roto-Rooter was flexible and responsive. Tony K. arrived exactly on time and took care of the issue in no time at all. He also discussed the issue, the options and helped us make an educated decision as to resolution......all while making me laugh a few times!

Thanks Tony and Roto-Rooter for saving the day.

Friday Tea-time, and I need a plumber!. It's Friday afternoon and in ONE HOUR, I have to be at a Fantasy Football Draft Party. The lady in the condo above me had put tomato peelings, and orange peelings down the drain! Guess who needed Roto Rooter? ME! From the time I made the call, and the time I walked out my door was 1:15 min later. My Plumbing Tech was in and out of my home in less than 20 minutes. Shoes covered, used ALL his own equipment, and placed all articles back under the sink when he finished!! AND cleaned my kitchen floor!!

Roto Rooter was so Awesome, my tech should be wearing a cape!! "Super Rooter"!
