True style comes to the Southland!. Always love the work these ladies do at Shannon's Place!! Really great atmosphere with really great people who are very talented at what they do. So hard to find someone that you can trust with your hair and these ladies have definately gained my trust. Highly recommended! =) ~kenbra

amazing hair. I have gone to Shannon's place for quite some time now and both the stylists are so nice and take the time to explain what they are doing to my hair, and educate me while they work. we discuss new changes, and product usage. They really want their costumers to be completely satisfied with their hair.

Shannon's place is AWESOME. Love Shannon's style. She is awesome with color and very creative with new styles. If you want something simple she knows what she's doing. She will take the time to walk her customers through new styles and how to style them, how to use new products and suggest products. AGAIN...I love her style!!

I'm sorry you felt this way. If you would have contacted the salon we could have addressed this. Sometimes I make mistakes the only thing I can do is apologize and try to fix them. Yet if you don't speak up to me in person I never know that there was a problem was to fix. I hope you were able to find a stylist that could work with you and if not feel free to come back for a complimentary color and cut of your choice .
I do find it odd that you have posted this on multiple site's yet have never contacted the salon, and I can't seem to find you on my appointment books.... once again I am sorry you felt this way.

uneven haircut. I went in on a Saturday and ended up having to wait 20 minutes just to be seen, even though I had an appointment. Shannon was very distracted, talking to other customers and people who were just hanging around, and not really paying attention to what she was doing. The lowlights she put in were too reddish, and one side of my hair was longer than the other. I won't be going back.
