Will NOT be returning. I have been going to Par off and on. It's really a hit or miss with the salon and locations. I just got married a couple weeks ago and I was told to go see Mandi at the Zona Rosa location and that she was really good. So I made my first appoitment with her for a trial run and she did a good job. I decided to make another appt with her to cut and color my hair, well I show up for my appt and she didnt show up for work, then i made another appt with her for a later date and literally a couple hours before I come in I get a call saying that she called in. So I had already booked my wedding hair AND makeup appt with her, but I knew she probably wouldnt show for that so I made another appt for my wedding elsewhere. She never bothered to call me and ask if we were still on for the wedding or anything!! She was good at what she does but has very POOR customer service!!
