Just what the Doctor Ordered. I have arthritis which has spread to my upper spine causing me to lose the feeling in my left arm. I had been doing physical therapy, but often left feeling worse. Then I got an offer from Groupon for LIke A Day at the Beach and bought it. That was the BEST investment! After the first visit I could feel my arm again and keep the feeling for 4-5 days! My posture has improved so much and my neck and other joints don't ache and hurt all the time! I talked to my doctor and him and his staff had read publications talking about this great place, and he told me to stop P.T. and start going here instead!! I can go for 2 visits here for what I was paying for only one visit at P.T. Who needs oils and someone putting their hands on you? I don't, the infared heat and massage is THE way to go! Listening to the sounds of the ocean just makes me feel so relaxed like I'm on vacation! Afterwards, the foot massage is like the icing on the cake. Massage. This is almost too good to be true. It's like a mechanical massage that kneads the stress right out of you. I find it is sometimes even more helpful than my chiropractor! The owner is a very gracious and caring person who truly cares about people. I can spend 45 minutes on one of the Thermal Jade Accupressure/Massage beds and go home and sleep like a baby.
