It is my pleasure to recommend Custom Limousine. Tom and Cathie's team have been apart of many special occasions for my family.Weddings, birthday parties, dances,and airport transportation for our trip to Disney. The vehicles are well maintained, in and out. The drivers are always personable,well groomed, and on time. A special thanks to Don.Don recently transported my elderly parents to a reception giving them true TLC.

It was pleasure to have Custom Limousine pick up my soon to be wife & I and take us to dinner, then back home after cruising around town. Gary was excellent!!! He even went above our expectations when he had a full Rose Bouquet ready in the vehicle after dinner. After all I was the one that forgot to get the roses. I have used Custom Limousine several times since.

I would be leery of utilizing this company. I sought a refund after our bus broke down and the owner quickly turned from friendly to threatening. I would not recommend this company and caution anyone who considers a reservation with Custom Limousine.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - bad equipment and total fraud. They will take your money and blame you when they show up on the wrong date. Look at all of the responses below - isn't it a little odd that all 21 members joined in the past 4 months and all of the recommendations were given in a 2 month period of time. Seems strange that 20 people recommend a 10 yr old company within two months and then there hasn't been a post in 5 months.

Absolutely Horrible!!!!!!. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! I never thought I would waste my time leaving a review online, but I feel like I have no choice. This company is brutal. My wedding day - The Limo transmission broke down along with the a/c. Summer wedding with no a/c was no fun. I don't have issues with the problems we faced on the limo, but the owner was soooo rude and didn't care. He said since it got us from point A to point B that their job was done. He went on to tell me that things like this happen in life and that I needed to learn to deal with them...Please pay a little more for a reliable and customer friendly company!!! Trust me........ PLEASE

Poor Service. We rented a trolley for our wedding day. The trolley picked us up at 3:30 and drove us to our location to get pictures. From the beginning the trolley smelled like exhaust. At around 5pm the trolley was bringing us to the church. About 3 blocks from the church the trolley broke down. The entire wedding party including myself (the bride) hiked up a hill in heels and a wedding dress. We were told after the ceremony anothe trolley would be waiting for us. They brought another trolley and it didn't work either!!! We had to catch another ride. We went back and forth and they didn't want to refund any of our money. We finally got half our money back. The service was over $1,200 and we only had the trolley about 1hour 1/2. Most of this time we were taking pictures and weren't even on it. This is bad business to charge us half when you didn't get us to either of our destinations.
