Excellent.
The sales assistance and service support at Jay Wolfe Acura ranks #1 in my opinion.
We have purchased well over 10 vehicles in th last 20 years and purchasing (2) new and (1) used vehicles within the last six years from Jay Wolfe Acura has been the most gratifying. We have received the utmost in customer service by the sales and service center staff.
I cannot appluad enough Charles, the Service Mgr , along with his team Michelle , Chris and others.

experienced excellent customer service. Over the course of the past month my wife and I have had several opportunities to interact with your service department personnel. Although I know many people contributed to the incredible experience we received I want to single out one of your employees. Michelle Martinson provided what I think might be the best customer service experience we have ever received from an auto dealership. She seemed genuinely concerned about our vehicle and our satisfaction. I have found myself telling my friends and family about the excellent service we experienced at Jay wolfe Acura.
