Did we go to the right place???. After all the raves on this site and others, I went to Po's expecting to be wowed. Well, we were wowed; wowed by how bad the place was. The crab rangoon that we started with was tasty, if a little skimpy on the filling, but it was the highlight of a dinner that got worse with each dish. The Emperor's pan fried dumplings (pork) were inedible, the shrimp variety only slighly better. The Shrimp Mini dumplings weren't bad, but completely unremarkable. The Vegetable Buns seemed to be a wad of dry spinach steamed inside a tasteles sweet dough. All at the table who tried these, sadly spit their first and only bite into a napkin. What a disappointment. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but instead must say that it was the worst resaurant experience of 2010 for us.

BEST CHINESE IN KC. Po's is the place for homemade dumplings, noodles, and authentic Chinese cuisine.
