The BEST sales transaction I have experienced in the forty plus years of purchasing vehicles in Kansas City and other markets. The amazing part is that Patrick and his team at Lee's Summit Subaru treated my wife and me to top notch service in spite of the fact that our "sale" was arranged through Subaru's employee purchase plan.

Thank you Terry and Chris for the quick turn around and great service on my car today.

I got my new tophats and sways installed today, followed by an alignment. I also got a much needed new inner fender liner. Everybody was nice to deal with and took care of me, even when I had to go back to get the 10% forum discount.

I also met the new sales guy, nice talking to you Gabriel!

After visiting your dealership the first time, I was extremely impressed with your inventory and the warm welcome. A few days after, I contacted Jaime in order to negotiate a vehicle purchase. Jaime was on a day off awaiting the good news for his unborn child. He called me back within 5 minutes and we started the negotiation. From his home, we agreed on a price that I consider to be an exceptional value - one that I would have had considerable difficulty duplicating elsewhere. Jaime was very responsive, attentive, honest and straight forward. He responded very well to my demand with high respect. Once we agreed, he offered to halt his day off and adjust his schedule to my convenience. I was impressed with Lee's Summit Subaru and will certainly come back.

The sales staff was willing to work with me over the phone as I needed to help a family member who lived locally buy a car. They took my calls seriously, were very accommodating, and took care of my family member when she picked up the car. I got fair market value for the car. Greatly appreciated.

We just bought our new Subaru at Lee's Summit Subaru. This was by far the best car purchase we have ever made. I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. It only took a few minutes to work out our deal! We will for sure be back when we are ready for our next car. Thanks!

Took it to LSS yesterday and they put it up on a lift and broke them free for me at no cost! And I was in and out in 20 minutes with no appointment and a free car wash! Amazing service, you've won me over.
