Hands down, the best customer service experience I have ever had with a car dealer. In and out in less than three hours including a consultation, test drive, financing, and a myriad of paperwork.
LS Subaru did everything the right way. We walked in and weren't attacked by rabid sales personnel. Tim S was patient, resourceful, and provided a wealth of knowledge not only about the car we were eyeing, but also Subarus in general and the competition.
We also had several financing options made available to us and were walked through the process with ease. I usually fear the awful sales pitch from the salesman and finance guy - not the case here. No pressure on unneeded plans, warranties, clear coating, or deer protection. Just the simple, straightforward truth.
Buying a new car should be a fun experience. In the end, you should drive away with a car you love feeling good about the deal, the process, and the vehicle. LS Subaru exceeded all of our expectations and has a customer for many years to come. Kudos to all employees here and a huge thank you!
We regularly have our Outback serviced at Lee's Summit Subaru. We have always had great service and the staff has been very professional and polite.
This dealership is amazing! They worked really hard trying to find the perfect car for me. I have really bad back issues and whenever I drive a car my legs go numb. They let me drive as many cars as I wanted and were very patient. They did not rush me at all. I felt very comfortable with my decision and not pressured like many of the other dealerships. They just wanted me to be happy. I truly appreciate everyone's effort. Especially Patrick and Tim. Thank you for everything! I highly recommend buying a Subaru from these guys.

showed up unannounced an hour before closing to see if I could get an oil change. I didn't expect one but they worked me in without complaint. Believe me, I won't make a habit out of doing that and understand it won't always work that way. Service department, know again just how much I appreciate going over and above to get the job done.
