Surprise!. I was very surprised to find a seafood restaurant inside Bass Pro Shop - Olathe. Even more surprising was the quality of the food. It's definitely chain-restaurant style fare, but it is at least as good as Red Lobster and you don't have to put up with the interminable wait and raucous atmosphere. The Islamorada Portofino is a great blackened tilapia - not too salty with a seasoning that goes well beyond red pepper and thyme. The fried jumbo shrimp are exceptionally tasty. I've been to Islamorada for business lunches and date night and been pleased on all visits. Highly recommended.
