Searched and searched for a F-150 Raptor, every place that had one i called and they had just sold it. I seen one on-line at Dennis Sneed ford. Beautiful truck, It was newer and had more extras on it than the ones I was looking at prior. Called and talked with Bob(salesman) Not knowing wife seen same truck and called and talked to Boyd (salesman) Seemed like they were both on same page about truck and sounded great put deposit on truck until we could make it down on weekend to drive an bring home. On arrival Bob was busy with other buyers so we talked with Boyd first nicest guy ever has a great life story. Then talked with Brian whom worked hard at getting me the payment I wanted to make plus a CPO that covers 100,000 mile drive train and 75,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. not expecting that one at all. With a lower monthly payment than I was thinking. We drove our car down and was on way to KC for our anniversary did not want to take both vehicles (this was on Sat.) Dennis offered us to park our car there in his closed gates until drive home on Sunday. He gave us the code to open his dealership (who do you know does that?) Shows what kind of person he is. I will go back to this dealer any time. Every one was easy to get along with , felt no rush, and the paper work took about 10 mins or less. When Bob was finished with his sale he came over and introduced himself and made us feel as if we have known him for ever. All in All great place Great people Great service!!!!!!!!! I will buy all of my vehicles from this dealer I can not get over how Down to earth they all are and Easy to talk to it makes things go smooth thanks guys !! keep up the good work!!!

I read the reviews online prior to going out of my way to Dennis Sneed. However, there was a gorgeous 08 Ford Mustang GT convertible that had my name on it!
I sent an online request for additional information as it was after hours & there would be no one avaailable to take my call.
That request was promptly followed up with the following morning by Amanda. After a few emails & my concern over my location & schedule vs. their hours, Amanda graciously offered to stay late; just let her know what day worked for me and I would be accomodated.
I picked up my husband after work and we arrived at the dealership shortly after 6pm at which time Amanda was busy with another customer, but one of the other salesmen grabbed the keys for us to check it out until she was available.
Test drove it, loved it, worked a deal & made arrangements to pick it up the next day. Mr. Sneed was there as well and prior to us leaving for the evening, told me that they would gladly deliver the vehicle to me if I preferred that!
Well of course, I chose the delivery...at work!
Now, I have had some concerns over a few things, but am working with them on this. NOTHING major, but will update my overall experience concerning the customer care AFTER the sale! (Please note, I do NOT expect any problems.)
Shame on me for not expecting any problems.
I did try to amend my situation with Dennis Sneed Ford, but to no avail. They have charged me for services that I WAS NOT to be charged for, sold me a vehicle in which they took advantage of the new Missouri inspection laws in that I had to replace two tires because of the POOR condition they were in and are less than cordial, timely and professional in responding.
Luckily for me, I kept ALL documentation which was fortunately via email for a majority of it. So, I will be filing a complaint with the proper STATE organizations as well as taking the next step to retrieve approximately $500 from this dealership.
Shame on them...
