Be very cautious of their ever changing rules. For example: 1) Many dealers have had trouble at this auction getting titles on time. The law requires a title to be delivered within 30 days to your customer. To reduce the high number of rejected sales due to late titles, this auction requires payment on the week of the sale and will not refund the money even when the title is over 30 days late. (They do charge the dealer bringing in the late title $30 which the auction keeps.) 2) the unwanted and expensive water-blasting. They wash your car with a truck loaded power wash by going up and down the line of parked cars and blasting them with water where they are parked. For this poor wash job, you pay an exorbitant fee and to avoid the unwanted blasting of water you need to call it to their attention otherwise they do it to all cars and add it to your bill. (You must have NO WASH written on your car and maybe you will avoid this situation.) 3) Arbitration has no backbone. Of all the Midwest and West Coast auctions I have attended, this auction has one of the worst arbitration departments (for the buyer). If I want to pass a pretty piece of junk I bring it here first because the arbitration rules and expences keep most dealers from messing with it. Just don't bring anything that has documented body damage. Even if minor and only involving sheetmetal, it may likely be identified as frame damage (this is pretty common everywhere though) . This auction does have a great selection of newer Fords and Toyotas, but is seriously lacking in variety and age of vehicles for an auction of it's size.

i wish to buy a g was also surpised by the price. It cost $17 for a basic inside and outside wash, which is about $5 more than what I'm used to in Southern California, but that might be the going rate in the area. The waiting area is small and uncomfortable with most chairs in a small patio unprotected from the baking sun. My experience was partially saved with quality of cleaning. The car was sparkling clean inside and out ood vehicle.to the best price.

This place is so great.. They have an awesome selection.. You can preview the autos that will be sold.. They also have a mailing list so you can preview what will be sold at the next auction so you don't have to waste a trip if looking for something in particular...
