I have been to a few salons in kansas city since I moved here and was not impressed with the staff. I only went one time and was not very satisfied. Could use some customer service training. Also a little on the expensive side.
Pros: close to where I live.
Cons: Service and price.

The counter staff is courteous, knowledgable, and helpful. The beds are high quality, with a plentiful variety from which to choose. The bulbs are always "fresh." The shop is always incredibly clean. The package prices are average, but your dollar gets you greater-than-average product and service. Two thumbs way up!
