This is a wonderful store. The owner
can work with anything. He is very honest and helps you to understand what he can and cannot do. He is extremely fair in his priciing too. I'm sure there are those who insist he do things and then are unhappy but he does exceptional work.

The owner/jeweler (Mark) was very rude to me, a NEW customer. I asked for a simple repair job, and he argued with me before agreeing to do the work. Then, only 3 weeks later, I had to return because the problem arose again. Instead of accepting any responsibility for poor workmanship or product default, he accused me of being too rough on my jewelry & said he "didn't know how I was behaving". He did the repair again at no cost, but with much grumbling & was SUPER rude when I picked up my jewelry the 2nd time. No thank you or goodbye.... don't worry, I won't be back Mark!

The week before my wedding I took my fiance's wedding band to be engraved. I was promised it would be ready on Friday(two days later) after 5pm. I arrived at 1pm on Saturday. They couldn't find it, then realized it had not even been worked on. They asked me to come back in ten minutes. I was understanding and courteous and came back. When I came back it still was not done. In a hurry, while I paid they engraved it. It was done incorrectly on a titanium band which was unable to be buffed out. I asked for my money back and rudely was told, "goodbye" repeatedly until I demanded for them to address me. After rudely being yelled at for thirty minutes I did receive my money back without an apology or admission of error. I was leaving for my wedding in Jamaica Sunday and did not have the time or patience for their error or brushing aside of my concerns.
