Just had unpleasant experience at Jewelry by Morgan. I dealt with Morgan(the owner). So all i needed was to get a watch band adjusted which takes about 5 minutes with the correct tools. most jewelers have them. So he says "Oh I don't adjust watches this time of year, I'm too busy making jewelry. It takes alot time out of my busy day". So I said" well it takes about 5 minutes with the right tools. He says" well then why don't you go across the street to the hardware store and get a hammer and nails and do it yourself" nice comment. I was not humored or impressed by his smart azz comment. I'm thinking to myself, this is NOT a great way to earn someone's future business. With that kind of attitude, you will not get my business and hopefully others that live in Kansas City will read this will go somewhere else too.

Each time I shop at Jewelry by Morgan it's more fun than the last time. I have been a big fan and customer for over 20 years. Morgan and Jackie are a delight to work with. Both of them are so smart about jewelry, that I always spend way more time and buy way more things than I planned! The prices are really good compared to other places with similar quality. I have a great feeling each time when I leave with my little black bag of goodies, whether it's for my grandkids, my friends or myself. Even as busy as they are these days, I watch them take the needed time with each customer. Scott is a smart and fun-filled guy. I get a good laugh every time he helps me. Morgan seems to know how to pick great employees! I can't think of a more pleasant place to jewelry shop.

Love, love, love Jewelry By Morgan. They always have such exquisite and unique designs. Every time I see their new line, I want it all!!! Jackie and Morgan are such warm and welcoming people, I always feel so at ease whenever I visit. They always go out of their way to accommodate the needs of their customers and the customer service is great! In my estimation, there is no better Jewelry store than Jewelry by Morgan and I am constantly recommending them to all my friends. Have spotted what I want for Christmas at Morgan's and will be telling Santa to visit there soon. I highly, highly recommend this store to anyone who wants great friendly service, quality products and enjoys shopping in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Run. Don’t walk – away. Have been a loyal customer of this store for many many years, and have recently felt that Jackie and Morgan are not customer-focused, and are doing anything they can to take my money. There is a lot of drama in the store in that Jackie and Morgan fight loudly and openly with each other regularly. Son-in-law Scott - working the front end - is mean and nasty to customers. Very unprofessional all the way around. Not sure what's going on here, but things are going down hill fast at Jewelry by Morgan. They have nice jewelry, and Morgan is a good jeweler. But after several bad experiences like this, I'm never going back. I can buy nice jewelry lots of places - where they actually treat you well.

Best jewelry store in the Kansas City area. Great staff, wonderful people to work with, exceptional jewelry collection and they always go above and beyond in their customer service. Parking and access is easy. The store is gorgeous.

Friendly, Courteous, Knowledgable. Morgan and the staff are extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They have a lovely collection of jewelry that you don't see at other jewelry stores. Not only do they have a lovely collection, but they are also very knowledgeable about the pieces they have as well as pieces that you bring in. I have been in here two times and have been nothing but impressed. I would trust them with any piece of jewelry I have!

Touching hearts one at a time. Morgan is so inspiring. I have an Aunt that was down with cancer and I told her she needs to find “her happy”. Designing jewelry was it. She has come a long way with her jewelry skills. After making a piece for Morgan, his response made her feel like a million dollars. No medicine could have done what he did for her. Coming from such a master jeweler that has designed for famous people as he has, but yet take time to encourage others in his field is so thoughtful and kind. Thanks for being and designing one of a kinds.

As rating suggests RUN, DONT WALK. Jewelry By Morgan.... a wonderful treat! My discovery made last year just stopping in to browse and check things out. They have a vast array of unusual items and the Management and Staff are delightful. Just a truly wonderful experience not being a BIG BOX atmosphere. I am always looking out for new of unknown products in the market of metals and gems, as a man there are great gift ideas. My purchases have ranged from an estate Harley Bracelet wonderfully large and bulky of solid sterling, and they have a great selection of Carbon Fiber items. This is a wonderful carefree metal resembling the look of Hematite and would be an awesome gift for any man. Do yourself a favor and drop in and visit this wonderful shop and enjoy great discussion with the staff.

received many compliments. My friend came in from

Scottsdale and needed some jewelry work and Morgan
