Very UNPROFESSIONAL. They deserve NO rating! Not only unprofessional, but unacceptable behavior by any man who gets in my daughter's face as did the owner/manager of this so-called upscale store. If a customer is not happy, it's your job to make them happy, not belittle them or argue with them. I am completely disgusted at how my daughter was treated and will never recommend this retailer. Had I been there and witnessed what took place, formal complaints would have been filed. These people are nothing more than rude swindlers.

Fantastic Customer Service!. The Jewelry by Morgan team went above and beyond for me today. Bought a watch as a gift last night and found it online for $50 less. Brought it back today and they refunded me the $50! I was expecting to return it and re-purchase online, but now I get to keep my in-store warranty. More than pleased with their service! We'll be back in the future.

Started out great, ended poorly. I ordered a men's wedding band and had a diamond replaced with a black diamond. The result was what I had hoped for that was until I needed it re-sized.

I was told the manufacturer would cover lifetime replacements but when I went to get a replacement I was told they no longer make that style and I would have to choose a different ring. The issue wasn't that, but was the fact the jeweler was arrogant and clearly not wanting to help me find a resolution.

When I asked them to take it back they said no and said the manufacture would not take it back because it was clearly worn. I hadn't worn it one time since I am not even married yet!

Don't do business with a jeweler that doesn't stand behind their customers or call you back when they are supposed to.

Jewelry by Morgan. I have always preferred family owned jewelry shops. We have moved around a bit, and I always searched around to find a family owned business. I have found a wonderful jeweler in the Kansas City, MO Northland area. Morgan is a second generation master designer, and is the finest designer that I have worked with. If you want that "once in a lifetime" piece, expecially designed for you, I can highly recommend Jewelry By Morgan. I guarantee that you will become friends and that makes the whole process great fun.

AMAZING RESULTS!!. My husband and I purchased our entire wedding set from Jewelry By Morgan. The service was phenomenal and the quality just as great! I have even exchanged some white gold for cash and plan on purchasing my Mom's Mother's Ring there for her birthday! Great experience every time! Great service also!. I have used Jewelry by Morgan for about 5 years and have always had great experiences. The staff is friendly and courteous I always have walked away happy. They have repaired our jewelry and even custom made some as well. I am truly glad to have found them!

highest integrity and professionalism. As a commodities broker recently moved from the Chicago area, I was looking for a professional and sophisticated group to work with in the KC metro area. Quite frankly, I didn't think I could find the same level of transaction as I was used to. However, I was quite surprised and satisfied in my transactions with Jewelry by Morgan. I have sold numerous silver, gold and platinum scrap lots with them and find them to be honest, paying top return, and having their finger on the pulse of the marketplace. Having observed their transactions with other clients, I find this group to have the highest level of integrity.

Jewelry by Morgan is the BEST. My Fiance and I got engaged on Aug. 29th. He purchased my ring at Jewelry by Morgan. Their merchandise is excellent and so different. I stopped by the store after he gave me my beautiful ring, to meet Jacuelyn. Morgan and Jackie are truly wonderful people and are very helpful. They know their business and their customer service is excellent. Thank you Jacquelyn and Morgan for making such a dream come true even more special.
