Northland NOT "Andretti's". Most of these reviews for "Northland Auto Body" after December 2011 are more than likely "friends" or "Bobby" trying to make himself look better than what you will really receive from this business. I would refer to it as an "auto body repair" business, but honestly I think you're taking a chance on repairs there.

Northland Auto Body unfortunately no longer exists. Good Times though is just down the road where you can expect quality repairs and deal with honest individuals with a conscience.…

Best Service Ever!!!. My family always took our cars to Northland and knew the quality to expect from them. After hearing Bobby Andretti was the new owner we knew the quality and professional work would be done with him as well.....and we were not disappointed. The workmanship was quality all the way!!! NOT THE SAME PLACE...NEW OWNERS=WORST BUSINESS. THIS PLACE IS NOT THE SAME ANYMORE! My family has taken all of our cars here to be fixed by an amazing crew that USED TO BE THERE. John, Bobby, and Darla became like family to us after all their help and generosity with all of our car troubles. They were reliable and consistantly amazing. The last time I had my car towed there I spent three days trying to find out what was going on with my car just to be degraded by a man saying he was the new owner of the company named DJ and after heated conversation I requested to have my car moved seeing as how they couldn't tell me anything. I was expecting a phone call giving me an estimate and to come sign paperwork to approve my repairs. However on the third day I was told by a very unprofessional DJ that my car had already been torn apart without my consent (can you say illegal) and I would have to pay to get it towed to another place. I have never talked to such a rude staff and completely unprofessional company. After a little research to find another body shop and discussed my distaste for Northland I was informed that John had passed away and this new guy DJ had run off the best body shop crew that John had and that place was a scam and rip of now due to the new owners. How sad to see such a wonderful company turn so bad so quickly. I would highly recommend that no one ever deal with this DJ guy and the lady that answers the phones if they expect good service.…
