NOT RECOMMENDED. I have been an apartment dweller for the past 20 years and this place is the worst of them. The staff is cold, the grounds are not kept up. Parking is a constant pain in the behind and complaints fall of deaf ears. Heading home at the end of the day should be a relaxation not a frustration over parking. Even if you pay to park (is available option), it ain't guranteed and towing IS NOT ENFORCED as the signs hung everywhere would have you believe it is The staff just doens't care about tenants. The Maintence man, he though is terrific!! Helpful and kind, and makes himself available day and night.

They have metropolitan patrol who is suppose to monitor the propety, they are a joke, I hardley ever see them, and when you call them, they seem like they are being bothered. The grounds are not kept up AT ALL, trash, dog doodoo and cigarette buts everywhere. Vandalism happens there, people have been "found dead" there, (there is alot of "rif raf" being allowed to move in, lots of what appears to be illicit activity (you can tell by the constant traffic in one apartment and people only stay a few minutes) Lots of teens and 20 year olds who are loud, have no respect for neighbors. although laundry is free, good luck getting yours in. Residence have no regard for any of the neighbors (or at least in my building) and therefore, leave their laundry sometimes for day but get upset when you remove it from a machine to do your own or, when the machines break they are broken for days (4 washer/dryer for 20 aprtments) The office staff is there to take the money, not to enforce rules, I would NEVER recommend living here. There is no punshment, towing, etc enforced . This is the worst community I have ever lived and you are better off spending a little more money to live else where, somewhere where the staff and neighbors have respect for others who share the community.

I have lived in the Bicycle Club for 8 months..... and none of my plug ins work right, my garbage disposal is CONSTANTLY going out and my dishwasher doesn't work. They do have a nice gym and pool but they are rude and cold and have no interest in you or your family's needs. They don't care about people only dollars and everytime you move around after 10 pm someone reports you and you get a threat of eviction. I have a two year old and a dog. They expect me to stop living after 10 pm and lets face it, I'm in sales and my husband is a chef... 10 has NEVER been our bedtime.

Over all, we pay over $600 a month to live in these places and they try to dicatate our lives and we live in constant worry of being evicted.

Good Value. If you are looking for a place with friendly management, low cost, and low utilities, this is the place. Laundry is free, it's all electric so you avoid high energy cost (I pay a total of $60/mo and I have a big screen on all the time and keep the house at 70.) They aren't the most beautiful or spacious apartments, but they get the job done.

poor living. The appartments are so drafty that your heater constantly runs and your electric bill will be like 200 Dollars a month. And you can only take like a 10 minute shower and you run out of hot water.
