Awesome Meal!! Highly Reccomend!. Food was brought out quickly. Must try the baked beans and I had the "Burnt Tips" which was great! So tender and smoked to perfection. Dont waste a side on fries.. try the corn and coleslaw! I highly recommend. Good eats! Portions are hearty...expect to take some home for later! =)

Best BBQ. I've never liked any BBQ until I went to Jack Stack! That place is awesome. I was literally dizzy from eating so much!

The best of everything. Admit it.. I moved to Kansas City for the Barbecue. I swear. And Jack Stack is the alpha, the omega. The end all, be all. The 800 pound gorilla of barbecue. I've had memphis . . . Memphis is a joke. Tastes like spam. Texas barbecue is like eating a dog toy. Nothing. Nothing. Compares to Jack Stack. So it is written, so it is done.

Fantastic Bar-B-Q. This is truly Kansas City's best! The ribs are fall off the bones, melt in your mouth fantastic! The smokey flavor is not overpowering, just right.

The steaks are tender with a hint of smoke.

A GREAT BBQ restaurant!. I live in CA and visit KC 2-3 times a year, and on every visit ensure I get to this restaurant. While I prefer the "homey" atmosphere of the Martin City location, the Overland Park location is more convenient to reach. This is one of the best quality BBQ restaurants I've visited in any region across the US. I ususally carry a cooler with me to KC to be able to bring food home, because my family has become addicted to it as well. If you're in KC, DON'T MISS this place!

Jack Stack BBQ. The VERY best beans in the world! Meat can't be beat. Coleslaw is to live for. We always order the Roundup meal and enjoy the leftovers. Hubby won't eat BBQ anywhere else. His brother from Dallas is furious they don't have Jack Stack restaurants in Texas.

The BEST in KC!. This is barbeque the way nature intended! Bring your out-of-town friends in for dinner, they won't want to leave without a few slabs to go.

The best time to go is during the off-peak dining hours when it's not busy. It's the best in KC!

This barbecue joint keeps customers happy with plates of smoky ribs and big piles of onion rings.. The Scene
Jack Fiorella has expanded his popular restaurant a few times, adding a Johnson County and a Midtown location. It's first come, first served around here. Reservations are not accepted. Private party facilities and catering are available.

The Food
Since 1975, folks have flocked to Fiorella's for huge platters of burnt ends, smoky barbecued beans with succulent morsels of meat and enormous onion rings. Perhaps one of the most requested recipes in town is Jack Stack's Cheesy Corn Bake, and now there's a Cheesy Potato Bake on the menu, too. The lamb ribs, the Jack Stack sandwich (on a French roll with your choice of meat) and the smoked fish are outstanding.

Great BBQ in KC. While visiting from out of state & wanting BBQ, our hosts suggest JackStack. What a great visit we had! The food was seasoned/served superbly, with ample amounts for all. I had few complaints, one being the wings appetizer arrived with the dinner. Also, the sausage was dry, perhaps it was oversmoked/moisture deprived? Lastly, the ribs (all-beef/pork/lamb) were a bit too fatty for my liking. But that did leave them moist & they were tasty nonetheless. Our cute waitress Rebecca was a bit overzealous, but that beats being ignored. The waitstaff appeared interested & devoted to their customers. All in all, quite an enjoyable dining experience. Strongly recommend.

Most BBQ is Good, Jack Stack is The Best. A family move in the early 70's brought me to KC and it's heavenly barbecue. I've traveled a bit since, have sampled many other styles of barbecue throughout the country, but Fiorella's Jack Stack BBQ still reigns supreme. The flavor is excellent, service in any one of their three restaurants is top-notch, portions are a meal-and-a-half, and the menu has seafood and steaks that are out of this world. You don't even need to be in KC, because they ship it across the country. WOW!
