Paul's Drive-in. This is an icon for Ruskin Heights. I grew up in this area and on Paul's tater tots, hamburgers, onion rings and malts. Even though I live in Lee's Summit I am fortunate to work at a place not far from there and get to go to lunch and relive a lot of memories at a great food establishment for fast food. I take my kids there when I get a chance and they love it as well.

Drive-ins aren't dead!. Ok, so I grew up in a house across Blue Ridge. I remember on weekends in the summer we would run across the the Blvd for ice cream, you know back when that area was safe to do that :) When I was a kid they had the best pizza ever! I still visit the area several times a year and on every trip to KC, I gotta have a tenderloin from Paul's. In all my travels, and all the tenderloins I have ordered, they always get compaired to the perfection that Paul's has achieved. There is nothing like a big brown paper sack with grease spots all over it to let you know Mom had stopped at Paul's on the way home. The onion rings Rock! In May of 07 my grandfather suffered a hear attack in thier parking lot while eating the tater tots and a shake. He died 2 months later, but he loved the place and we have always been happy that his last meal was at Paul's. Is that creepy?

Paul's. I am 29 years old and I remember going to Paul's when I was about 8 years old. It was a big treat. They have the best food. The prices are great for all the food you get. They over size their french fries, tator tots, and onion rings. Their tenderloins are awsome. Plus besides hamburgers, they have ice cream shakes. It is a great price for the food you get. You will definately leave full. My parents say it is like the old fashion hamburgers they used to eat in the 50's.
