Pain In The Butt & Stupid

by DMartin at Citysearch

I have never seen such a bunch of asss holes. They call and call and call and call. I never answer. They have been calling for months. My number is unlisted and I don't owe anyone anything. I suppose some low feeder used my number, but I can not believe these Jacks call forever. I'm gonna go over to that place and stomp a hole in their asss just for the fun of it.

Very rude and unprofessional

by cherwar at Citysearch

Karen Thompson a CA agent there would threaten me with lawsuits even when I was making efforts to pay , she would bring me to tears. Our agreement that she would set aside a judgment they placed against me if a made payments was a complete lie! I am seeking attorney representation against this firm. isn't interesting that all the comments on this cite about this firm are about the same things? We are not lying! we are abused consumers!!!

Couldn't be worse

by JDoug at Citysearch

I wish I could remember the name of the guy who calls us from Venture Financial. He always gives his name as "Mr." so and so. I guess he thinks this makes him sound important or superior. I call him by his first name. My wife took the most recent call. She tried to ask questions, get a number so I could call back, etc and he just kept talking over her. I don't know if this is how he was trained or if he developed his own style but it doesn't work on me. The previous reviews are prompting me to contact the hospital he is collecting for to let them know that their tactics will not collect what they say we owe any quicker. I say, if they are that rude, hang up. You don't have to put up with that. If you have caller id or an answering machine, screen your calls and don't take them. I thought they weren't allowed to call people at work. No way would I give them my cell and let them run up my minutes.

When I was in the mortgage business, medical collections were not a problem. They are so common and people cannot control getting sick and the cost, so lenders didn't have a problem with that. I don't think they affect your score as much either, since it is not debt you purposely took on.

Call Venture and let management know and let the company they are collecting for know as well. They may not care but at least you can be heard.

Venture Financial - Very unprofessional

by venturefinancialrassholes at Citysearch

Having to deal with Venture Financial was just like rubbing salt in a wound. I got sick and had some hospital bills get out of control. I received frequent calls to my place of employment after many many requests to not call me at my job. I even gave them my cell phone number in order to avoid the embarrasment of having to deal with these vultures at work for all of my coworkers to hear. They were very rude and pushy eventhough I was making every attempt to pay off my debt. It seemed the more I made payments the pushier they got and threated me with lawsuits. Sooo unprofessional. Thanks to my family's help and big hearts I am going to get these hospital bills under control and I will hope venture financial can possibly hire some human beings with heart and change their poor idea of effective business tactics.
