Tattoos >Butch's Tattoo
Don't recommend this place. I went here for my first piercing because a friend of mine who was heavily pierced and tattooed recommended it to me. The guy who did it gave me bad instructions to care for it and it ended up rejecting. Also the guy who did my piercing also kind of smelled bad like he didn't bathe or was heavily drinking or something.
Want a great tattoo--What are ya waiting for--doors open. Our familiy lost someone very special to us and we wanted to do something very special to remember him by. We went to Butch's and talked to Matt and told him what we wanted and a week later we had the drawing that would make anyone who seen it want it. My wife and I had ours done and the rest are waiting in line to get theirs done. Everywhere we go people just cant stop looking at it and always give us the thumbs up and ask ---Where did you get that done at??--Cant thank Matt enough for the time he took to make our memorial tattoo the best of the best. So if you want the best dont mess with the rest...GO TO BUTCH'S
Curious. I was just wondering if anyone knew if Butch's tattoo as a minimum fee? My mother and I want a simple tattoo. Three little ladybugs on our feet. Every where we go wants atleast a 30 fee just for that small amount of ink..
Got my first. I got my first Tattoo here about 6 or 7 years ago. The people were awsome and the work was perfect. I will be going in for my 5th tattoo in about a week and I would never think about going anywhere else.
Best Place to Get Tattoos Ever!!!!. Well i went to Butches for my first tattoo on my 18th Birthday. My dad took me there and as soon as we talked in the door we were greated. Yes they did have some foul language but who don't. My first tattoo was a lower back tattoo. Then i went back and got a 3 leaf clover on my back. Then i went to them and got a pink playboy bunny on my hip. And the most recent tattoo i got my left half of my stomach covered in flowers. And they also took my nipple rings out for me that I got in Virginia that i didn't want anymore. So every tattoo i have i have gotten there and have always been very happy with their work. I also plan to go back to get a few more tattoos. I think everyone should get tattooed here they are awesome! I dunno anything about how they pierce because i had all my piercings done other places. But when i had my nipple rings removed they were very kind careful and after they removed them the cleaned it with iodine and they healed perfectly. A friend of mine did have her lipp pierced there and she absolutely loves it. And the prices are extremely reasonable. I love this place and will never get a tattoo any where else.
Very Professional Piercing.
Don't be fooled by appearances! Butch's is your typical inner-city looking tatoo parlor complete with tatted and peirced employees..as a white collar professional I expected such as I have relatives in this subculture and they are vital members of our society. Maybe I am a middle aged woman well into my midlife crises but I have wanted to get my belly button pierced for years. I read and did my research as to what to expect . I was impressed with the young lady behind the counter that answered all of my questions and eased my fears,
I was a bit set back by the attitude of the young man that was to do my piercing however, he was a little harsh and complained alot about how he didnt get to sleep the night before. for as few minutes I had my reservations about letting this guy touch me...However when back in the piercing room, my husband and I watched as he cleaned the tray and carefully inspected the instruments, he did properly clean my belly area (I am a Registered Nurse) and described the procedure in detail. I told him I was allergic to latex and he put on synthetic gloves and did not complain. The piercing was relative painless and he told me how to care for my piercing and even gave me a card with thier number in case I had problems. He was caring and compassionate and I would encourage persons desiring piercings to go to Butch's.
Goes to show, you cant judge a book by its cover! I give this establishment 4 stars, I had to subtract a star for the initial bad attitude from the dude, but overall it was a good experiance. Thanks Guys!
Best Tattoo place EVER!!. I have no complaints about Butch's tattoo. I got my first tattoo from Butch, himself and he is the only artists that i will let tattoo me honsetly because I trust him. He knows what to do he is very professional in everything he does. Even thought we are good friends with him, he doesn't treat me any different then his other customers. I recently had my lip periced, the guy who did it was very professional also he made sure that i was ok with where it was going to be and told me how to take care of it and if i had any trouble with it then to come back up there and he would take care of it. Different people have different opinions. So dont listen to every ones opinion. Go check it out for urself. I WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO BUTCH'S!!!!
Butch--The Only Aritst I Trust. I waited a very long time to get my first tattoo. I visited many artists, and I saw a lot of shops going with friends to get their ink. I can't speak for other artists at his shop, as none of them have worked on me. My husband, J has gotten work from Jason, and it appears he does good work. Big 'ol Bart pierced my eyebrow, and I was satisfied with my service. I went to see Butch first though, J took me to see him because most of his tattoos were from Butch. I was happy with his work on all counts--clean needles, cautious use of ink (preventing cross-contamination), gloves, and then some--all the precautions were taken. I was advised to use Neosporin or Triple-Antibiotic ointment for the first 24 to 48 hours, and then to apply an alcohol and fragrance free lotion to keep the area well hydrated and to prevent color fade and scarring. I have returned again and again, and I now have 6 tattoos from Butch. I'm working customer service in a place where we are allowed to wear shorts, and I am ALWAYS getting comments on the tattoo on my calf-- "Wow! Where did you get that done?"--"Who did that?"--SOMETIMES I even reveal the shoulder cap tats I have and hear the same things. I ALWAYS recommend Butch. I see a lot of BAD tattoos in my line of work too, and when I ask where they went I never hear Butch's name, or the name of his shop.
Don't ever step foot inside this place unless you want horrible service and even worse people....
I wouldn't even give this dump one star unless I had to. I was recently there with some of my family members and we all agree that the people working there were rude and inconsiderate. My cousin was getting her first tattoo and they didn't even tell her how to take care of it.The tattoo artist we had recommended using lotion on it which is a bad thing to use! I told them that I wanted to wait to get my tattoo until I was sure I wanted it (which is a good thing to do) and they were making fun of me. They told us several different prices that were supposed to be set prices. They also were reluctant to tell us that they don't do touch ups on their work untill after she got the tattoo! All they want is money and they don't care about your well being or the mark they make on you! the bottom line is...
DON"T EVER GO TO BUTCH"S TATTOO SHOP!!!
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!. Well Ive been really happy with all my piercings and my tat they have done. Bart was a great person and I forgot who done my tat but I've givin them alot of business and I always recommend Butch's to my friends.
