i purchased a mobile home from steve when trailer was moved it was tore up broke sheetrock all through house popping sheetrock completely off of walls when i purchased house it was very nice shape the heater and air conditioner quit when i bought trailer it had a brand new outside air condensor he took it and gave me a condensor 10 yrs old to when my air used to come on all of my lights in house would go really low to light bulbs were yellow hot water heater quit shortly after moving in i had to replace it myself he wouldnt cover it i would call him and he was always gone or he would call back weell never called back so i hired an attorney and finally i got my house title 2 years later after i filed a papersagainst him so i leave it upto you to your better judgement to but from him or not dont take him at his word for it aint worth nothing anyone who has had a bad time with him please email me at jnkyrddawg@yahoo.c happy mobile home hunting.

Buying a home from steve burkhart was one of the best decisions that my husband and i have ever made. Very friendly and very easy to work with. I would recomend that if you want a good deal and a great person to work with to contact steve burkhart.
