Very Unhappy. I ordered flowers to celebrate the birth of my niece. I am out of state and Tobler's was the first to pull up in my google search. I should have taken the time to do my research. I ordered what I thought was a basket called "She's Lovely". It has no greenery and is filled with shades of pink roses and hydrangeas. I spent about 80 dollars with delivery and tax. What arrived was a basket of primarily greenery, daisys and carnations. While pretty, it was nothing like what I ordered and certainly did not look like it fit the 80 dollar price tag. I contacted Tobler's the next day and asked for a refund. They assured me there was a mistake, sent someone to the hospital room and removed the old boquet!!!! The basket they brought contained the right flowers but had clearly been completed by an amateur. It again looked nothing like the beautiful picture on the website. The flowers were droopy and placed haphazardly in a basket. Now I understand why the first boquet was delivered, what I ordered was clearly too complicated for this florist. Rather than tell me this upon order, they chose to take advantage of the fact I would likely not see the boquet and profit from a cheaper arrangment. Thank heavens for picture text! Don't waste your money here!
