Amazing. Blvd Bakery is AMAZING! Always friendly,the best in icebox, decorated, custom cookies and great cakes that you can order. I am there at least 3 times a month and those I work with appreciate very much.

Great Cookies....Terrible service!!!. This place offers some of the most creative well decorated cookies around....I used to use them on a very very frequent basis to cater many special events, although I no longer spend my time or money with them because of the frequent I could care less about your business attitude that they display.

I had an established account with them and yet they wanted me to travel over 30 miles out of my way to pre-pay for an order. I also incurred a detour on the way to pick up an order on a different day without being aware I had to re-route, I notified them I may be all of five minutes after their closing time to pick up the order and they refused to stay. Things like this happen frequently ...just listen to their phone message and the attitude they convey. It's too bad that such talent is wasted and such poor attitude and personal business relations prevail.

Best EVER!. Boulevard Bakery is a Kansas City institution. I live in Florida and can not get cookies like they make anywhere! Every time I am in KC, my first stop is Blvd Bakery. I have never had better sweets ANYWHERE!
