Customer service and professionalism TOPS!. I live out of town and I called this florist after reading another review online. The lady that answered the phone was so friendly and great! I felt like she was definately going to take special care with my order for my daughter and sure enough she did. My daughter just emailed me from work telling me how darling the arrangement is and how much she likes it & so did others at her office. Thank you 'My Flowers By Keefer' for the unique birthday/Halloween arrangement, I will call again.
