Excellent Mexican from a Great Place to Eat. Alright, so I've always enjoyed Carlitos, but the location in Liberty closed down. I've since moved to the Gladstone area and having Carlitos again is amazing. They have some of the best nachos in the area. They're not your average nachos either, more of a nacho cheese sauce type, but dang are they good.

One of the main reasons I love eating at Carlitos on top of the food is the atmosphere. They've almost always got Game Show Network playing, now I would never watch it anywhere else, but now I feel like I need GSN when I'm eating nachos. Another great thing about the atmosphere is that they're appreciative of your business. They thank you for coming in and when you leave. That matters to me a lot. I can take my business elsewhere, but since I've never had anything other than a great experience I will continue to visit Carlitos at least once a week.
