WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Ordered 2 wing back chairs also bought other living room furniture at the same time, chairs did not come in when other stuff did, had to wait 6 weeks for them to show up. they refused to give me a refund. will never shop here again and will tell everyone else not to go there also.VERY UNDEPENDABLE.

Bargain Barn -YOU CAN NOT RETURN STUFF THERE

We went to look at sofas and got a pretty good deal on an Ashley sofa so we bought it. It was an impulsive desicion though and I had doubts about it. So once we got home I went to research online and read SO many bad reviews about Ashley on 3cents dot com that I decided we are going to cancel the delivery in the morning. To my surprise they refused to credit my account!!!Although the sofa is schedulled to be delivered tomorrow they acted as if this was a huge problem and said this is their policy that you can only get credit store back! Ofcourse we will never buy anything again from them but they coiuld have worn us about their store policy considering you an return alsmost anything within30 days!!!Also the fact that it was not delivered yet and they still would not refund us but hang on to that money like their dinner depends on it that night did not make them look good to me! I would be more sympatetic at least if it was delivered and we were asking to return- although you can do that with most stores with no problem! Anyway- avoid that red neck hole!

GREAT SAVINGS AND A STORE YOU CAN TRUST !!!

I have shopped at 'THE BARGAIN BARN FOR MANY YEARS ! I have always found GREAT DEALS for new furniture and now they have opened a previously owned section. Boy did I find BARGAINS there and the quality of the furniture was Super. They have their own delivery trucks and have always been on time for the furniture I couldn't get home myself . The staff has always treated me with respect and they have great financing too. I have sent a few friends there and they loved the Bargain Barn too. I hate the chain stores as they don't treat YOU the same way as an independent retailer ... Thank the stars for THE BARGAIN BARN !!! A must shop store whether you need nic nacks or new furniture at always great prices

• Pros: one on one sales help & at a cheap price, Great Value & financing, good selection
• Cons: wish they had appilances and TV's

Not worth the money

The styles of furniture were dated . . . no contemporary or modern pieces to choose from. The furniture had cheap quality of construction and was overpriced for what you got. The customer service was also poor. It took a long time before someone on the floor came and help us once we had made our selection. Once he did show up, the clerk tried to talk us into something more expensive. The single piece we chose has worked out okay in our home so far, but I certainly would not go back to this store. I have since gone to Nebraska Furniture Mart out by the Kansas Speedway to make a furniture purchase and was much more pleased with the service, quality, and price of the merchandise that I received there.

Awesome deals and great customer service!

Go see Mike at Bargain Barn and he will treat you well! The customer service is wonderful - from Mike, to the guys behind the counter, to the loading dock personnel....all terrific! Not only is the staff great, but the deals that you find on the merchandise is incredible! The first time I'd ever been to the store, I purchased a mattress, box springs, frame, and a beautiful dresser...then the next weekend, my brother bought that same bed and I found a gorgeous dining table and chairs. Total, I've spent LESS THAN $1,200 for everything so far! I'm from South KC and this place is WORTH THE DRIVE!

• Pros: Customer service, parking, friendly atmosphere, great deals, welcome feel
• Cons: long drive from OP (but worth it!)
