Great Customer Service!. This store is friendly and has everything a neighborhood market could ask for. I have never had a problem in this store in the 10+ years I have shopped with them. I wouldn't change; everyone has a bad day, even me, so no one should judge anyone else, as we all come from different walks of life! I love this store and the people on it!

Never had aproblem with this store in 20 years. This is the first time I have posted to one of these forums, and I would like to say that I have never had anything but good service from this store. I use a lot of coupons and the cashiers have always been very gracious, never huffing and puffing about my holding up the line. On a recent visit, I could not find an item that was in the ad. A store employee never gave up until he found it and he was very nice. I do appreciate that they double coupons up to .49 cents. I have managed to get free items there a few times. As for the other reviews, you can't please everyone all of the time, and every store has employees they sometimes wish they hadn't hired, but I have never come into contact with any of them here. I am sure the Missouri Lottery probably makes the rules about opening up vending machines and getting out tickets, not the store. It should be common sense to realize that you can't always get what you want, and taking it out on store employees does no good at all. You may need their help on a future occasion and you don't want them recognizing you as "that customer". I will keep coming here for the good deals and friendly people.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!. I would like to start by saying I have worked in customer service my entire life. I happen to work for a company that puts customer service at the top of our list of priorities. I also, would like to point out that I have been a customer of this particular grocery store for nearly 14 years. On my visit to this location tonight i was absolutly appauled at the treatment I received. One would think that being a customer in a retail establishment is a good thing for that business. Apparently we are all wrong about this. I purchase my Missouri Lottery tickets from here weekly twice a week and sometimes more if I am in the mood. I should point out that this location has a Scratch Ticket machine next to the service desk. I was tonight playing Powerball. I got to the service desk or "non service desk" was finally waited on by an employee named Patsy. I obviously had torn her away from a much more important matter than helping a customer. As she approached me and blew her breath out in disgust I handed her my scatch ticket to cash with a smile. I told her I would take one that was in her clear view case at the desk and made my way out to my car. A luck would have it I won another ticket. I went back in and again totally hacking this woman off by my mere presents, which was obvious by her attitude toward me. I told her I would like a ticket from the machine this time rather than from her case. She then SNATCHED the ticket out of my hand HURRIDLY cashed the ticket and in the STOTTIEST possible way informed me that they do not do it that way!! Tossed my ticket on the counter and stormed off to her more important business. I confronted her about this pointing out I had never been told this before and if this were the case she should have given me the option to keep my ticket and cash it elsewhere! I have written the MO lottery regarding this inncodent. Save your money and your nerves. DO NOT GO HERE! Your less important that the dirt on their floor.
AVOID THIS STORE. I help handicapped people, and part of my job is do their shopping, so I have to go where they want me to go. My first stop in the store was the department where you buy fresh made food items such as chicken, side dishes etc...There were no less than 5 people working in that area. I made eye contact with each and every one of them, yet not one of them came over to help me! I was blown away. It was as if I were invisible! My next stop was the beverage cooler...it was ancient! here were no doors, just an open cooler...NO THANK YOU, I'll pass on the warm beer...then I attempted to find a person for assistance in finding an item...no luck there. I gave up looking on my own and decided to check out. I was never asked the usual "did you find everything"(probably a good thing !) nor was I told thank you or asked to come again. I would drive so far out of my to avoid tis store if it were necesary!

If you want to be overcharged and scammed out of your money for a seemingly innocent purchase, indulge your reckless pleasures here.
