Used these guys three times with excellent results: arrived when they said they would, did what was needed quickly, and their repairs have withstood the test of time. We are very happy to have found them, we have used them for drain cleaning sewer line cleaning and plumbing repairs.

Friend recommended this company after my husband and I found a mess in our basement. We stayed up all night waiting on another company that never showed...and even scheduled another through our home warranty that was going to take 24+ hours. Razor Rooter was available within 2 hours of my call and was almost the same price as our warranty deductable! I would use again.

They stand by thier drain cleaning service. Which seems to be rare in the plumbing industry.

My toilets backup late one night last week, it was about 9pm. I don't want to get into details but it wasnt pretty. And IT WOULD NOT STOP COMING OUT all over the house. I frantically started dialing numbers. Finally I reached a company that did after hours plumbing service. They rushed out like dam super heroes (in my state of mind that's what it felt like) and stopped the flow, and showed my what was causing it. I highly reccomend these guys.

I love the fact that this company offers 24/7 service. late night calls, nights weekends what ever, they have me covered. I own apartment complexes so this is critical to my business. When the third floor is flooding froma clogged drain at one of my buildings I cant wait till monday to get it fixed. They have saved me thousands by coming out late and doing a great job! Thanks Don and Mark.

I have used them for years. I saw the bad post from 2007 and have to disagree. I have used Razor Rooter about every 18 months for 10 to 15 years. I get tree roots in my sewer lines, they come out, go to my basement, run their machine and about a half hour later everything is running fine again. Usually they come the same day.

I had one mediocre experience with one of their guys who thought I was an idiot but I dont put these guys on auto pilot - I was in the house and knew what he did and didnt do. I argued my point and only paid the service he performed. End of story and I dont think that guy is with them anymore.

The bad review mentioned Don Edmisteen. I know they originally were both Anytime Sewer Service and Razor Rooter. They had a problem with (I think it was) a previous owner and had to discontinue the name Anytime Sewer Service.

If you are looking for a service company - dont depend just on what the other review said - there is something wrong with that review based on my own experience numerous times over numerous years.
