Kansas City's worst German Auto Shop. Worst customer service. Likes to use diagnostic machine for any and every thing and claim giving a "discount" on it when running through all the items on the bill. Picked up my car and had trouble starting it when pulling out of parking spot - I attributed that to not driving it much in previous 3 weeks and frigid temps and continued home. Next time I attempt to start (2 days later), car won't turn over. Take it in first thing Monday morning (finally started) and am told what it is (of course) with high price tag. I question having to pay the oh so popular diagnostic fee again after having picked it up 3 days earlier and only having driven it from shop to home (3 miles max) and am told they dont want my business. Wow. Business must be booming there. I would rather pay $20-$50 more per transaction and receive better service be it dealership or Autobahn, etc.

Bad Service and Experience. I took my car in for service - they 'forgot' to do the basic maintenance I requested and specified on the ticket but instead charged for services I never ordered. Unfortunately I picked up the car after hours after paying by phone not realizing what they did (or didn't do) until the next day. When I called, they told me they had to do extra work to replace a bulb - but the Mercedes books say you can replace by hand without tools on that model. Don't get ripped off by this company or made to feel they are doing you a favor by taking your money.
